1. No idea about status on that one but I'm going to guess that it's not going
to be merge anytime soon if ever.
2. Upstream has already moved on
https://github.com/equeim/tremotesf2/tree/2.7.0/src/3rdparty so unless we
really want to override upstream just mark it as broken on 13.X. See
https://cgit.freebsd.org/ports/tree/net/eternalterminal/Makefile#n14
