1) create new note
2) click on desktop
3) nothing happens
4) right-click dock icon, select "Hide Notes", nothing happens
5) Can delete StickyNote created
6) Behavior Preferences settings (default):
   a) (selected) Put notes on all workspaces
   b) (unselcted) Force default ...
   c) (selected) Hide notes when the desktop is clicked on

~/config/mate/stickynotes-applet.xml contains only two lines:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<stickynotes version="1.28.0"/>

If restored backup xml file from previous FBSD-13.2 is in place, ALL of the
notes
appear at startup of Mate desktop. Cannot hide them but can delete them.
