Start a new notebook, then create the following new pages:
Shower
Bathroom_Sink
A
Z

The order shown will be:
Shower
Z
A
Bathroom Sink

Pages that start with numbers always seem to be OK, and pages usually do get
correctly put in alphabetical order, but there are some cases where that
doesn't happen.
