Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to propose this change.
However, I'm inclined to not update seq, as this version offers nothing. On the
contrary, it would likely means having to bump ocaml-re and its dependees and
the dependees of its dependee, etc. A bit of work for nothing valuable, in my
opinion.

I think that a better course will be to drop this package at some point, e.g.
we can ship a META file in the lang/ocaml.

Unless you have other arguments to offer?
