fix configure phase

Fails in configure phase:
docs/reference/aravis/meson.build:35:24: ERROR: Unknown variable "aravis_gir".

If I remove option GIR and enable introspection it builds fine. And builds fine
with libxml2 2.13.3 too

New patch attached (pet portfmt, portclippy too).

If it's right I'll commit it.
