[Bug 278583] [patch] lang/pharo: update unmaintained port to 10.2.0

I want to point out that the current port, version 10.0.9, is not working and
can't be built, which is why I sent in the update. This is my first time
submitting, and I probably should've sent it to ports@freebsd.org instead of
@bugs. Let's see how things go, and if my patches are okay, then I'll think
about taking over some abandoned ports for maintenance.
