List of affected ports using GSSAPI

At a first glance, here's the list of affected ports. For the large majority of
them, it's trivial to add support for DEFAULT_VERSIONS. I already have a
patchlist that covers most of them. I can easily make commits for all the
affected ports and send a `git request-pull` here for everyone to review. I'll
also add a commit to the docs tree for the requested porters handbook change.
