But the destination path isn't ${PREFIX}/etc/${PORTNAME}.
mailman3 places files and dirs under ${PREFIX}/${PORTNAME}, so
/usr/local/mailman by default and the default config file path is
/usr/local/mailman/etc/mailman.cfg
