I guess I have unfortunately selected the wrong option from begin with. Let me
clarify: This PR does not intend to change the base system at all. It is solely
about ports to to provide an option to link/reference GSS-API from base anymore
because of the reasons mentioned earlier. I'd be will to provide such a back
against the ports system if we agree that this is a reasonable step. After
that, there should be only: none, mit, heimdal while mit being the default.
