[PATCH v3] USES=gssapi: allow provider choice using DEFAULT_VERSIONS
Sorry about that, somehow all the ".else" directives in my patch got replaced
with GSSAPI_PROVIDER. I think it was a bad merge :)
I tested this one with building dovecot and choosing different providers with
DEFAULT_VERSIONS works. Please test on your end as well.
