I'm not a committer. What I attached here is what we are running now (which
does contain one patch rejected by upstream a long time ago).

For what it's worth, the crashes decreased dramatically in frequency (although
they haven't gone away) in the last few months.  We did upgrade to 13.2 about
four weeks ago but I think the stability improvement started before that.
