We cannot ensure that our users won't use the package commercially.  Also note
the passage that says:

So at the very least, the port must come with a pkg-message that displays the
license on install.  I'd personally set no-auto-accept to ensure that the user
reads and acknowledges the license.

With the text as is, I'm not certain enough about the license to commit a port
based on this database in good faith.  Maybe someone else will.
