Error when selcing FreeBSD from Azure Marketplace.

My understanding is that when the image it published to the Azure Market place
there is a checkbox to allow Azure Cloud Solutions Providers to use the image.

Currently if you try to use the image it says "This offer is not available for
subscriptions from Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions Providers."
