It seems this is now fetch-able and installable. However, it doesn't appear to
be loaded in the list of PEAR's installed packages once it's updated. A "pear
list" command doesn't show the HTMLPurifier package and adding the include path
to PEAR in PHP (or another source) to the config leaves the HTTP server
(Apache, Nginx, LigHTTPd, etc...) missing it. I haven't been able to pinpoint
why just yet.
