www/chromium-widevine including conflicts registration on master port

With the introduction of the WIDEVINE option in www/chromium, FreeBSD users can
now consume DRM-protected content, such as Spotify and Netflix. While the use
of DRM modules is certainly a controversial topic, it makes sense to have this
option disabled by default. However, many users are willing to use it and,
therefore, are required to build the Chromium package themselves, as it is not
built on the package cluster with this option enabled.

May I propose the creation of a slave port (www/chromium-widevine) similar to
shells/bash-static, which would allow regular package updates from the pkg
cluster?
