Update Ardour to 8.1.0 release.

Update Ardour to 8.1.0 release. This is a major feature update, see:

https://ardour.org/whatsnew.html

No big changes to the port itself, the VST3 plugin scanner is now enabled for
future use, but our plugins are mostly LV2.

I've been test driving the 8.0.0 release for about a week, and also did some
brief testing on the 8.1.0 bugfix release. No regressions so far.
