Update from 1.20.1 to 1.20.2

This patch updates games/minecraft-server to 1.20.2

The only changes are the version number, the master site URL and the distinfo.

https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/server

Tested on FreeBSD 13.2-RELEASE AMD64.
