After the upgrade from rsyslog-8.2308.0 to rsyslog-8.2310.0 the logfile gets
flooded (100+ per second) with messages and rsyslogd eats up all memory
resulting in a DoS.

Temporary fix is to roll back to rsyslog-8.2308.0.
