Hi Li-Wen,

I am proposing to add cmake and pkgconfig files by building qr-code-generator
using the cmake wrapper project: https://github.com/EasyCoding/qrcodegen-cmake

The new version of multimedia/obs-studio requires cmake files for
graphics/qr-code-generator - that's how I arrived at this proposal.
