Using FreeBSD 12.4p6 AMD64
net/ntpsec 1.2.2a as of 20231106T2022

I cannot find any way to build the port with support for refclock drivers, thus
my Stratum-1 server is either now St.2+ or I have to use one of the other ports
of ntp.
