The intent was to just = run tests provided by mlkit. I removed test related files from pkg-plist, becau= se I don't believe they are necessary to be in the package. I made TEST_TARGET dependant on the option, because I got warning from portlint: WARN: Makefile: TEST is listed in OPTIONS_DEFINE, but no PORT_OPTIONS:MTEST appears. and I noticed it's done like that is some other port. I'm not sure what to do about the canfigure.ac file.
