Thanks for the very quick repsonse!

I can run it now manually, but I'm attempting to add it to an ansible playbook.
That's my problem...

One thing I noticed is that netdisco-deploy requires p5-Crypt-Bcrypt if the
admin user doesn't already exist. It should probably be added as a run
dependency.
