We currently have duplicity-0.8.23 in ports, meanwhile upstream published a
couple of patch releases to 0.8.x, then quickly proceeded with two 1.0.x and
three 1.2.x.

The latest v1.2.2 was published Jan 26, 2023 and does not seem to introduce any
breaking change or incompatibility with previous versions.
