To enable libgomp in the MinGW GCC-12 variations, MinGW C runtime and headers
ports must be configured with "--with-libraries=winpthreads", however, passing
this via the ports Makefile results in the configure process reporting
"configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-libraries", yet passing this
directly to the port in ${WRKSRC} works as expected.
