I just did a build here on a different FreeBSD 13.1 machine, and it built OK.
That is, all the Perl modules were under
work/stage/usr/local/share/logitechmediaserver/CPAN/arch/5.32...

From looking at older bug reports, there seems to be something sensitive in the
upstream build scripts that trips things up.

Could you do a "make stage" in the logitechmediaserver port directory and then
see what shows up under
work/stage/usr/local/share/logitechmediaserver/CPAN/arch? That seems to be the
mystery at the moment.
