Change

* take maintainership
* update PORTVERSION to 0.3.4
* removed `pathes` from `files/` because it doesn't build with patches, but
builds without patches.
* portlint > 
FATAL: PLIST_FILES: files cannot contain %%FOO%% variables.  Use make variables
and logic instead
* portclippy and portfmt checks
* build in jail 13.1-RELEASE-p6 amd64 was successful. I didn't run the program
after build for testing!
