format-patch for converters/ytnef 2.1.2

- Increase filename limit to 260 bytes (was 100)

Maintainer:
This port has not had a maintainer since 2014. It has received some TLC
since then, but my picking it up from the pool should increase the
likelihood of it staying up to date.
