The current LTS versions of MariaDB in ports (10.6.13 and 10.11.3) have a
change in Galera that broke a lot of 3rd party apps, like www/mediawiki139,
www/rt50 and others.  There is a new release out (10.6.14 and 10.11.4) on June
7 that reverts this breaking change.
