When DISTNAME contains a hyphen and this DISTNAME value is set as project
version - the wheel file name contains ".post" in place of "-".

For example, DISTVERSION=1.1.0-3 would become "1.1.0.post3" in the wheel name.

See the cad/py-amaranth port for an example of this: it uses the equivalent of
this patch as a workaround.
