Hey,

after an investigation it turned out that they were indeed residual files from
previous installs. I've set up my ansible redeployment script to remove
everything from under /usr/local/share/gitea now, and the file didn't reappear.

As for the configuration file, it has to be made readable for the gitea user,
indeed. Also my fault.

I'll close this now and apologies for the disturbance.
