[Bug 258117] net/citrix_ica Windowed is preferred (wfcmgr) however the desktop starts full screen (ignoring my preference)

I wondered whether a fix for this bug 258117 might reduce the likelihood of
being bitten by high-impact bug 272664. 

From what I saw earlier today: I suspect not. 

More specifically, to the best of my recollection … after applying the
multiple-step workaround (272664) in connection with an initial remote desktop
session: 

- a later wfica session began in windowed mode from the outset

- I saw time passing (seconds) in a clock in a panel in Plasma, which made 
  me imagine that it would be OK to attempt use of something other than 
  the wfica window

- after straying from the wfica window, everything became unusable 
  (bug 272664).
