The graphics/pecl-imagick is currently using ImageMagick 6 as default. 
ImageMagick 7 is the upstream default, and ImageMagick also consider
ImageMagick 7 is production ready, therefore the port should make ImageMagick 7
as the default, or do not set it at all.
