I can confirm that QQ doesn't start after installation. Maybe it is an issue
with QQ itself? I found some solutions for QQ on Wine on the net, but all of
them in Chinese. Unfortunately, I'm not well-educated to know it. :) Automatic
translation suggests something about disabling security checks in QQ.

But wine winecfg or winecfg commands work properly. Same as a few other 32-bit
applications.
