Hi,

Why are we not using upstream's CMake build framework?
Can we use release and backport needed patches?
etc/devd//pinecilv2.conf is a typo?
USES= tar:tgz is wrong and unnecessary

It also seems like it depends on procfs,if so preferably add a message about
that
