build log

Hello,

The port fails to build on the quarterly(2023Q1) branch after the last commit. 

The DISTREVISION was bumped:
"+DISTVERSION=  1.17.1"

but the distinfo file has remained the same and the build fails at the checksum
as expected. also the pkg-plist needs regenerating.
