I believe it might be time to deprecate this port. Indeed,
- the GitHub repository has been archived on Jan 2, 2023;
- last release is Jun 10, 2020;
- in https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf/issues/5160 it can be read that
the project is not maintained anymore.
Morevover, the port depends on GCC 8, which is unsupported upstream (latest GCC
release is 12, which is also GCC_DEFAULT, and GCC 13 is coming). Also please
note that this port is the last port dependent on lang/gcc8 according to
Freshports: deprecating it would allow to remove lang/gcc8 too.
