I updated the diff, removing the "# Created by ..." line from the Makefile.

Actually, the port has been created by myself (using dreibh@iem.uni-due.de as
e-mail address). The previous version of the diff updated this e-mail address.
Last year, I lost access to the original e-mail address for a couple of months,
so I updated the line in all Makefiles. However, the old e-mail address is now
working again.
