Hi,

I noticed this port is a little outdated.

I'd like to commit the attached update to the latest upstream tag.

I also modified the port to use DISTVERSION with the same format as upstream
tags. Doing this removes the need to specify GL_TAGNAME, which is derived from
it.

I'm using this here with no ill effects, a test in poudriere with most ports
depending on it shows no issues.
