And remove py-pillow from RUN_DEPENDS. py-pillow is completely unnecessary to
run anything under mono.
It's a lot of unnecessary dependencies.

py-pillow only for mono-heapviz script.

"Generate a heap visualization for SGen from the heap dump written by mono if
the MONO_GC_DEBUG is set to something like heap-dump=/path/to/file."
