Needs to be marked broken, because latest update is uninstallable.

As noted by the upstream bug report:

The gitlab-ce dependency on gitlab-shell results in an unresolvable dependency
conflict. Gitlab-ce cannot be built without krb5, gitlab-shell cannot be built
without heimdal. Since krb5 conflicts with heimdal that gets installed when
gitlab-shell does, there is no way to install gitlab-ce.
