Confirmed that amule only runs with security/cryptopp SIMD=ON.

I'm thinking in a way to solve this but it will be hard to enable SIMD by
default because it can breaks with other archs.

I'm CC'ing cryptopp maintainer jhale@ to see if we can get help.
