log messages before the freeze 
Memory region width 1024 too small for 32 timers 
device_attach: hpet0 attach returned 6
Errors are available only when xen kernel loaded. 
FreeBSD version 13.2 RC6 the problem available and for ufi, and for bios boot
Xen version 4.17, I have not faced with the problem previously on this hardware
System configuration- Core I5 6600, motherboard Asus ROG z170. Virtualisation
related options are turned on in EFI Setup
