devel/dconf is installed, but (sorry) I have no idea how to answer the
question. There's no package message: 

% pkg info -x dconf
dconf-0.40.0_3
dconf-editor-3.38.3
% pkg query %M dconf

% pkg query %M dconf-editor

% 

No mention of DCONF in the FreeBSD Handbook, and I don't know how to interpret
the manual page:
