The comment in the patch is taken from their current project description which
is better than whet the current COMMENT is.

pkg-descr had some grammar issues: mismatching single/plural noun forms,
incomplete/informal sentences, wrong verb forms, unnecessarily complex
sentences. The patch also fixes double-spacing.
