Add quickcontrols to port requirement

In version 22.06.23 of Shotcut, the timeline is not shown on the screen.  There
is a tab saying Timeline, but that is all that can be seen.  No icons for the
Timeline are present.  Adding tracks is possible using keyboard shortcuts. 
Still, they are not seen except within the project file.

While Shotcut requires quickcontrols2 as part of its build rules, it also needs
quickcontrols to fully function.  Attached is a patch to include quickcontrols
as a requirement for the port as well as tidying up the USE_QT to be at most 80
characters.
