Scenario:
- FreeBSD 12.3 latest
- ports latest
- using portmaster to upgrade ports
- math/vtk9 is installed as a prerequisite for cad/opencascade
- option MPI is disabled in math/vtk9

Result:
- After the latest update, mpich or OpenMPI are (indirect) mandatory
requirements

Expected result:
- It should be possible to build vtk9 without any MPI support
