Patch for ldc

This updates port to 1.30.0 and includes a patch from Debian to unbundle libz

This is only compile tested as I have no idea how to use D lang
The Makefile contains a few CMAKE_ARGS that I'm not sure if they're need/useful
at all so that needs some cleaning.

Compile and tested on FreeBSD 13.1-STABLE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 12.3-RELEASE (amd64)
