Given that llfuse is no longer being developed per
https://github.com/python-llfuse/python-llfuse/blob/release-1.4.2/Changes.rst#release-136-2019-02-14
- test if fuse3 works, how it performs, and if "yes and good", switch the
requisite from py-llfuse to py-fuse3.
