Apologies, examining my config, I suspect a misconfiguration has caused this
error due to DNS not completing within the default 1000 seconds. My main.cf
contained the line "spf-policy_time_limit = 3600s". I now believe the inclusion
of the s was causing the variable to default to 1000 and causing certain lookup
errors as quoted. I have removed the offending letter s and will monitor the
mail server today and report back if I'm still seeing the issue.
