Patch

Nobody refers to PyPI as Cheeseshop these days, so let's rename the MASTER_SITE
name from CHEESESHOP to PYPI for clarity. The patch implies gradual migration,
but I can prepare one-commit migration with removal of MASTER_SITE_CHEESESHOP
if this is more convenient.
